Originally established on April 28, 2000 as Tahiti Partners I, LLC, our legacy projects and experience stretch back to the 1990s. Tahiti Partners Real Estate Development Corporation was incorporated in 2002 and restructured as Tahiti Partners Properties Corporation in 2009. In 2010, the company executed on a portfolio business strategy that resulted in the acquisition and repositioning of over 600 multifamily units in the Midwestern United States. Optimal Real Estate, Inc. was formed in 2014 as the spin-off brokerage firm of veteran Downtown Los Angeles broker, Eugene Page, after decades with large institutional firms.
Centre Urban Real Estate took its current form when Tahiti Partners Properties Corporation merged with Optimal Real Estate in 2018. In doing so, the combined companies paired a successful principal investing track record with institutional service experience to form a true full-service real estate investment and operating platform. With over a century of collective principal experience and billions of dollars of transactions spanning development, brokerage, lending, advisory, legal, accounting, and underwriting, the Centre Urban team and principals are able to provide solutions for a wide spectrum of commercial real estate investments and strategies.
