Centre Urban was selected as one of four finalists for the joint-development of the future Metro Little Tokyo/Arts District Station. Centre Urban’s vision features 20,000 square feet of creative office space within a four-story building. An “urban village” would have anchored the concept, with a total of six retail spaces, a destination restaurant, and an 18,000 square-foot “food village” that could have housed 22 different concepts.

Pierson Plaza, located on Pierson Boulevard, the main east and west artery for the City of Desert Hot Springs. Centre Urban’s legacy company, Tahiti Partners Properties Corporation built Pierson Plaza as part of a public-private partnership with Riverside County and the City of Desert Hot Springs. Riverside County’s Department of Public Social Services received the property as a build-to-suite tailored for its use.

1700 Camino RealThe 5,800 square foot commercial property is a legacy asset of Tahiti Partners Properties Corporation, which successfully acquired, designed, entitled and developed the property in 2008 as a component of Oceo Palm Springs and is located across from the newly-renovated Ace Hotel. The property is anchored by award-winning Koffi and P.S. Underground.

Westminster Professional BuildingCentre Urban and its affiliates purchased and completely renovated an approximately 82,000 square foot office and retail complex in the 1990s, turning an originally unprofitable location into a property that returned all investments to its investors and principals within 10 years of its acquisition. The property continues to be managed by an affiliate and generally maintains around 95% occupancy. Currently, Centre Urban is working on plans to completely remodel the retail portion of the property from a large (8,200 square feet) one-tenant space to a multiple tenant building.

Los Alpress Medical BuildingLocated on the corner of Cerritos Avenue and Walker Streets in Cypress, California the Los Alpress Medical Building is a first-class, fully-leased, two story medical office building, with national and regional credit tenants such as United Healthcare (dba Optum), Tenet Healthcare, and PIH Health Physicians. The property was developed by Tahiti Partners Properties Corporation, a Centre Urban legacy company, and was completed in 2008.
