Centre Urban has the capabilities to conduct legal/zoning review and institutional financial underwriting to determine the most efficient strategy for maximizing asset value.

Centre Urban's investment management platform offers private placement joint-venture, asset management, portfolio management, and other investment-related services through several different investment vehicles. Through extensive knowledge and experience, Centre Urban is highly effective at analyzing and successfully identifying real estate investments that fit the risk and return priorities of each respective client, investor, or partnership. We will typically co-invest in these strategies, leveraging the company’s vertically-integrated acquisitions, development, and management expertise to generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns for our investors and clients that include high-net worth investors, family offices, corporate institutions, and government agencies.
Commingled Funds: Our private commingled funds have leveraged the intellectual capital and resources of Centre Urban's investment platform to target value-add and opportunistic investments in residential, multifamily and other real estate investments. We generally focus on markets with dense populations, high barriers to entry, and/or limited supply of land for development. We seek to acquire investments at a discount to replacement cost or attractive residual land value where we can maximize returns for our investors by implementing our value-added asset management program.
Separate Accounts: We invest capital on behalf of several partners with separate account preferences, where we act as the manager or general partner on certain long-term investment strategies and are responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, executing the asset-level business plan and asset managing.
