Centre Urban's principals have at some point in their careers handled leasing assignments for several trophy assets in downtown Los Angeles including the Bank of America Center, Aon Building, and Citigroup Center, and have advised on landmark buildings such as the Rockefeller Center in New York City, some of which are showcased below.

In the early 20th century, Wilshire Boulevard was starting to emerge as Los Angeles's preeminent commercial corridor. However, at the time Wilshire Boulevard had stopped at MacArther Park, well short of the commercial hub of downtown LA. Over the course of a few months in 1931, workers cleared a wide swath through three dense downtown LA blocks, demolishing buildings and filling in basements to extend Wilshire Boulevard, from Figueroa Street to Grand Avenue, towards the commercial urban center. At $3.2 million, these were the most expensive 971 feet of roadway Los Angeles had ever built to that point. Today, Wilshire Boulevard has established its importance as the primary thoroughfare of the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
As one can see, our name "Centre Urban" is not spelled in the typical American format. By thinking in a different framework from the status-quo and drawing from precedents from across the globe, we are able to set ourselves apart from others. Society has evolved dramatically over the past decades, while real estate as a whole has remained relatively stagnate. Only now have we just started seeing the sparks of change. Just as Wilshire Boulevard helped redefine the urban fabric of Los Angeles, Centre Urban Real Estate hopes to be at the forefront of this burgeoning urban evolution.
